METHOD OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
1. Master Card, Visa, Discover, and AMEX . Use of charge cards
will allow for immediate processing of your order.
2. Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders. Must
clear bank before orders can be processed.
PRICING:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Most perishable
items are not kept in stock and consequently prices are subject
to fluctuation depending on market price at the time of order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Preferred Shipping is via US Postal Service Domestic and International
Mail. Chilled or Frozen perishable items will be shipped via
USPS Express Mail which guarantees 2 Day delivery to Continental
US, including weekends and holidays. Priority Mail packages usually
take 3-5 days to deliver to US Cities, but USPS does not guarantee
delivery time. Parcel Post packages can take anywhere between
2 and 8 weeks to deliver. There is a minimum $10 handling charge
for perishable items. This handling charge which covers gel coolant
and styro packaging may be increased depending on the size of
your order. Maximum package weight is 50#'s per box. Most non-perishable
items do not require additional handling charges. Use of other
Shipping Companies with or without a recipient's account number
is possible, but may incur a handling charge.
DAMAGE, ERRORS, AND SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE:
All claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
Should damage occur during the shipment. Please retain all parts,
packing material and merchandise and call shipping company for
a damage inspection. USPS insurance does not cover damage or
late delivery loss of perishable items.
RETURN AND RESTOCKING CHARGE:
Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please email or phone for
authorization. No return after 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
A 20% restocking charge may be applied to certain returned
items at the discretion of the seller. Any merchandise custom
manufactured per customer order is not refundable. Customers
are responsible for return freight charges. Due to occasional delays in USPS shipping and ambient
temperatures during travel, The Hawai`i Store is not responsible
for the condition of perishables upon arrival.
All Perishable items are
not refundable. USPS as well as other carriers do not insure perishable
items, so loss is not recoverable. Customers must order perishables at
their own risk.
RETURN CHECK CHARGE:
A $25.00 service charge will apply
to all NSF and returned checks. |
