  • A newsletter about Hula for everyone involved or interested in hula, "Hula Mai `Oe". Published in Hawai`i by "Ho`ala Hawai`i, the newsletter shares a variety of information about hula topics and offers and opportunity for hula halau to advertise and share upcoming events or fund raiser at no cost by sharing a story, an experience or idea.
  • "The Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association" was formed as an umbrella organization made up of many interested volunteers and members of numerous clubs rooted in the wide range of interests of Northern California's Pacific Islanders.

  • Visit our friends of "Hula Halau O Ku`uleinani", of San Mateo, CA. Founded 36 years ago by Esther Ku`uleinani Correa and is now under the Direction of Reneé Ku`uleinani Price.
  • Visit our friends of "Na Mele Hula `Ohana". of Oakland, California, has been in the care of Kumu Hula Mark Keali`i Ho`omalu since 1988. Under Kumu's direction, Na Mele Hula `Ohana is best-known for its hula kahiko (ancient style of dance performed in a chant format), which entwines his Kupa`a`aihula gestures with his haunting chant renditions.
  • "Motu Ori / Na Pua O Ka Honua", under the direction of Halau Director: Debbie "Haumea" Aynaga. This Halau was established in the Bay Area (San Bruno, CA.) in September of 1994 and branched off into Stockton in July of 1998.
  • "Ke Anuenue Outrigger Canoe Club of Fremont", was founded in 1980 by Eddie and Arma Fonseca. They are one of sixteen clubs that make up the Northern California Outrigger Canoe Association (NCOCA). Everyone is "Welcomed" to join them at Lake Elizabeth in Fremont, CA.

  • Visit "`Olena Productions" a non-profit organization creating a Hawaiian cultural environment in the Monterey Bay Area (Northern California).
  •  Visit "Takahashi Market", in San Mateo, CA. They specializes in Japanese and Hawaiian food items, but their wide range of groceries and cooking accessories also includes Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Thai and Indonesian foods.
  • "The Templebar Restaurant & Bar", serving Hawaiian food in Berkeley on the first Sunday of the month and features live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Catering services available and classes for ukulele and hula are offered.
